Program Details
More than one item can be purchased per transaction, however only one name can be submitted per transaction. If you would like to submit more than one name, an additional transaction must be made. Service fees apply per transaction.
With your $150 upgraded donation, San Antonio Zoo will create one personalized video for the Donor to send to their not-so-special someone. Please see an example of a $150 donation personalized video below.
The personalized video will include:
- A personalized message provided by the Donor (maximum of 25 seconds).
- Message must be provided by the Donor and included in the notes section at checkout.
- Message must not include profanity - offensive and derogatory language will not be recorded.
- One animal (selected by San Antonio Zoo) eating the chosen leaf, cockroach, or rodent.
Please note, the final personalized video will be emailed to you directly 4-5 business days after you submitted your donation. If donating on or after 2/11/23, your video and digital Valentine’s Day Card will be sent within 4-5 business days.
