Arrive at Carousel Ticket Booth 15 minutes prior to your experience to check-in.

There is a max capacity for this experience for families/groups of eight (8). Spots fill up fast, so book now.

Behind the Scenes Interaction Guidelines

  • One tour per day, every day at 10:30am
  • 8 guests maximum per tour
  • The tour will last approximately 30 minutes
  • $39.99 per person
  • Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a paid adult. Children under 3 are free but still need a reservation made for capacity limits.
  • There will be physical interaction with the tortoises, but no feeding.  
  • Please meet at the Carousel Ticket Booth 15 minutes before your reservation.
  • Reservations are non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule your tour for another day.
  • This is an added experience and does not include admission to the zoo.
